guarantee from BJON’S CANDLE CO., INC: Our candles are hand
poured to control quality. They are consistent in every way. If you ever
have a problem with one of our candles (when burned properly), you may contact
our Sales Office and we will instruct you of what to do and how we will
handle the problem. We do not except returns of any kind unless pre-authorized
by the Sales Department. Returns are only excepted if we have made a mistake
on this end with your order. In this event, you will contact the Sales Department
and we will give you proper instructions. Our company can only handle a
problem if we are aware of it. All UPS shipment breakage must be reported
within 24 hours of receiving product to obtain credit for that item. Please,
