This is your complete information packet about BJON'S fund raising opportunities. Decide on the dates you will be doing your fund raiser and lock in those dates. Fax a copy of your tax certificate or tax exempt to our Sales Office along with how many order forms your organization will need. Our fax # is (903) 968-4133
Distribute the order forms to each person. Instruct the persons on the time schedule for selling the candles (usually about 2 weeks). Always give an exact deadline for turning in all order forms and monies to the person in charge.
Note: Collect all monies at the time of taking the initial order. This puts the money in your hand right up front and ensures the order. Never collect money at the time of candle delivery. (This is only advice but, it is the safe thing to do)
When all order forms have been turned in - please use the tally sheet to be turned into our company. Allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and made ready to ship. Give your customers an estimated delivery time based upon your cut-off date for your given fund-raiser. It is usually best to give yourself a little extra time to get the candles and sort them according to the customers and get them passed out to the persons that are delivering the candles. For instance, give an extra week for delivery date if you think that it is needed on your end. All orders are paid for in advance before they are shipped. Fund Raiser orders that are being picked up at the warehouse may be paid for when the order is picked up.
The most important thing to remember: Motivate persons to sell, sell, sell! You can make as much money as your would like selling this wonderful, fully guaranteed product. This product is one of the easiest things you will find to sell. You will be giving your customers their money's worth. You are selling them one of the highest quality candles on the market today.
