"Safety
Precautions and Care for your BJON'S
Candles"
BJON'S candles are
constructed to burn evenly, preventing any wax build up. For maximum usage,
always allow the candle to melt all the way across every time it is lit.
You may burn your BJON'S candle as long as you like or
for at least 3 to 4 hours each time to extend the burning time. TIP: The
longer you burn the candle - the hotter it will burn. Blow out your candle
, allow to solidify again, and then re-light. This will allow the wicks
to trim down properly and extend the candle life.
Do not burn candles near a draft. Never burn near ceiling
fans. This will cause the candle to burn faster/hotter and will cut your
burn time in half. It will also cause your wicks not to trim on their own.
It is very bad for any candle!
Always remove the plastic rim from the 28 oz. square container
candles before lighting. (Plastic rim could become too hot and melt)
Handle with care, as the container is fragile. Do not use
if jar is cracked or chipped.
Place on heat resistant, dry surface, away from anything
flammable. Always keep out of the reach of children and pets. Never burn
on wooden surfaces. Remember, never burn any candle unattended! Always keep
burning candles within sight.
Sides and bottoms of container may become hot while candle
is burning. Handle with care.
Discontinue use when 1/4" of wax remains. This will
prevent possible heat damage to the surface or the container itself. TIP:
Use a candle warmer to use up the last small portion (1/4") of your
candle - it is safer that way!
Exposure to moisture might inhibit relighting. Keep out
of direct sunlight to maintain original color. (However, if your BJON'S
candle does become discolored - this will not ruin your candle. It will
still burn the same and have the same full fragrance. There is no limited
shelf life of a BJON'S candle!
